JIE Euronorm Hypoid Reducers JKM
The Hypoid Reducer JKM and JKB series represent a new generation of high-efficiency reducers designed to reduce costs through energy-efficient motor gearboxes while ensuring seamless compatibility with traditional worm gear reducers.
Key options for the JKM series hypoid reducers include interchangeability with conventional worm gear reducers, energy savings due to efficiency levels ranging from 92% to 94%, high transmission capability, reduced environmental impact, and availability in two- and three-stage versions. Additional specifications include rated power from 0.12 to 4.00 kW, gear ratios from 1:7.5 to 1:300, input speeds of 1400 rpm, output torque ranging from 100 to 500 Nm, and shaft sizes from 20 to 40 mm. They are equipped with either a flange or a solid input shaft.
